E448 is a ‘Heritage Enterprise’
Made in June 1957 by Moore & Son (Wroxham) Ltd.
It is for sale for £750 ono.
The boat is in very good condition for its age and has recently been ‘gently’ restored and sailed – receiving admiring comments.
There are no leaks to speak of, certainly not round the centreboard case.
It comes with its original mast, boom and rudder and nearly all its rigging and bronze / bakelite fittings are original.
The topdeck has been treated and painted white. The mast has received some damage in the past which has been repaired.
There are two full sets of Jeckells sails (dated 1962) and has its Sail Number Certificate.
A road trailer with jockey wheel, winch, straps and spare tyre is included.
